Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumine website, dashboard, portal routes, digital products, and paid Lumine features. By using Lumine, creating an account, or purchasing a Lumine product, you agree to these terms and to the Lumine Privacy Policy.

Important purchase rule

All Lumine sales are final

Except where required by law or where Lumine explicitly says otherwise at checkout or in writing, all sales of Lumine-related digital products and services are final. That includes Stardust purchases, Lumine Eclipse billing periods already purchased, and other delivered digital benefits.

Digital products and subscriptions

Lumine sells digital products and services such as Stardust packs and Lumine Eclipse membership access.

Refund policy

Except where required by law or where Lumine states otherwise in writing, all sales are final.

Security enforcement

We may use account, IP, sign-in, device, and payment-linking records to prevent abuse and respond to fraud or chargebacks.

Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, Stripe, CPX Research, YouTube, Discord, and other third-party platforms you choose to use are governed by their own terms and policies.

Service description and eligibility

Lumine is a Minecraft Bedrock utility toolkit and connection service. It is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Google, Stripe, or any server network unless Lumine expressly says otherwise.

Lumine is not intended for children under 13. By using Lumine, you represent that you are old enough to use the service under applicable law and capable of agreeing to these terms.

Service availability can vary by region, platform, provider, network conditions, and maintenance status.

Accounts and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to Lumine, for maintaining control of your account, and for activity that occurs through your account or browser session.

You must keep your password, email inbox, Google account access, Microsoft account access, billing method, and connected devices secure. If you think your account has been compromised, you should change your password, review recent sign-ins, and contact Lumine support right away.

Lumine may enforce browser, account, device, network, payment-linking, or anti-abuse restrictions, including device-aware sign-in limits, trust scoring, device-bound sessions, promotion claimant limits, and purchase-linking requirements. An IP address is supporting context rather than proof that accounts belong to the same person.

Acceptable use

  • Use Lumine only with accounts, devices, servers, Realms, and game access you are authorized to use.
  • Follow the rules, policies, and community standards of Microsoft, Mojang, server owners, Realm owners, payment providers, and other platforms you use through Lumine.
  • Do not use Lumine to interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the website, portal routes, API-backed features, or related infrastructure.
  • Do not share, transfer, or resell a personal Lumine account, create repeat accounts to obtain another signup promotion, or bypass account limits, device-bound sessions, trust checks, purchase-linking requirements, or other anti-fraud controls.
  • Do not submit false payment, account, identity, or contact information.
  • Use survey, offer-wall, and reward programs honestly. Do not use false answers, multiple accounts, automation, VPN or proxy circumvention, or other activity prohibited by the relevant provider.
  • Submit only creator content that you own or are authorized to submit. Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content, credentials, or personal information belonging to another person.

Microsoft, Google, and other third-party services

Some Lumine features depend on third-party services you choose to use, including Google sign-in, Microsoft account device authorization, Minecraft friends and Realms lookups, Stripe checkout and billing management, YouTube embeds, and links to Discord or social platforms.

When you use those features, you authorize Lumine to send the information needed to complete the request, such as Google ID tokens, Microsoft device-code requests, Microsoft OAuth tokens, Realm lookups, friends lookups, and billing-linking information.

Your use of those third-party services is also governed by the terms, privacy policies, and rules of the relevant provider.

Offer walls, referrals, rewards, and creator programs

  • The CPX survey wall, friend referral program, and any other reward program made available through Lumine are optional. Lumine does not guarantee that a survey, offer, referral, or creator opportunity will be available or that you will qualify.
  • The relevant provider controls screening, eligibility, completion decisions, and reward amounts. A screenout or partial completion may produce a smaller reward or no reward, and a provider may reject, reverse, adjust, or block activity under its own rules.
  • Lumine credits rewards only after receiving and validating the provider event or completing its own review. Lumine may delay, deny, reverse, or correct a reward for duplicate, invalid, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible activity.
  • CPX user terms and privacy policy apply to the CPX wall in addition to these terms. You must provide truthful information and follow provider rules when participating.

Friend referrals

  • The friend referral program uses a separate referral link or code. It is not the join or server code shown while a proxy is running; that code is used to associate one player with their Lumine node connections.
  • For the current program, a qualifying invited player must be a new Lumine account attributed to the referral link and must complete at least 10 connected minutes of proxy playtime. When qualification is recorded, the inviter and invited player each receive 30 Stardust automatically. There is no additional seven-day retention reward at this time.
  • Each inviter may receive referral rewards for up to 10 qualified referrals in a 30-day quota window. Lumine may reject, pause, or review an attribution or reward when account, device, network, identity, payment, or other anti-abuse signals indicate duplicate or coordinated activity.
  • Referral links and creator referral links may be changed, disabled, or reassigned. Link clicks and referral attribution do not guarantee account creation, qualification, or a reward.

Account trade and creator submissions

Account trade

  • Account trade is an optional, high-risk program. You must own or be authorized to submit the Microsoft account and must not submit credentials or tokens belonging to someone else.
  • After Lumine accepts an account-trade submission, the submission is treated as irreversible. The Microsoft account may be banned, restricted, or made unusable, and Lumine cannot recover it or control Microsoft's enforcement decisions.
  • Any Stardust reward is subject to successful validation, program limits, and anti-fraud review. Lumine does not guarantee a reward, continued access to the Microsoft account, or any particular outcome.

Creator submissions

  • When you submit a video or other creator content, you represent that you own it or have all permissions needed for Lumine to store, review, and use it in the creator program. Do not include credentials, confidential information, or personal information about someone else.
  • You authorize Lumine to store the submission, make it available to authorized reviewers and service providers, and process its associated metadata for moderation and reward decisions. A submission URL or review copy should not be treated as confidential.
  • Creator rewards are discretionary and are not guaranteed. Lumine may reject, remove, or decline to reward content that is unavailable, late, low quality, ineligible, infringing, or inconsistent with the program requirements.

Billing, digital goods, cancellations, and refunds

  • Stardust packs and Lumine Eclipse are digital products or digital service access delivered to your Lumine account.
  • You must use the same email address as your Lumine account during checkout when Lumine instructs you to do so, or your purchase may not link correctly.
  • Prices, pack contents, Stardust amounts, membership features, and availability may change before purchase. The version shown at checkout controls that purchase.
  • Lumine Eclipse is a monthly auto-renewing subscription when purchased. Stripe handles recurring billing until you cancel or payment otherwise fails. Cancellation stops future renewals; the paid billing period already in progress remains active through its end date and is not prorated unless required by law.
  • If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, Lumine may limit purchases, suspend related access, revoke undelivered benefits, or require the issue to be resolved before restoring service.

Unless a mandatory law says otherwise, Lumine does not owe refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargeback-based reversals for delivered digital goods, activated premium windows, partially used billing periods, mistaken purchases, or purchases made with the wrong account email.

Fraud, disputes, and enforcement

Lumine may keep and use account records, sign-in history, IP data, device data, security assessments, purchase linking information, and service-use records to prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, respond to customer support issues, and defend against fraud claims, disputes, or chargebacks.

If Lumine reasonably believes that an account, browser, device, payment method, or purchase is abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful to the service or other users, Lumine may refuse service, suspend access, cancel or limit features, block new purchases, or require additional verification.

Termination, deletion, and service changes

You may stop using Lumine at any time. Lumine may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, if payment issues are unresolved, or if continued access creates risk to the service or others.

If you request account deletion through Lumine, access may be blocked immediately and final purge may occur after the applicable deletion grace period shown in the portal flow.

Lumine may change, pause, or discontinue features, pricing, regions, products, content, and technical requirements at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Lumine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lumine does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful connections, compatibility with every update, or that third-party services will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of access, data, profits, goodwill, or gameplay opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.

Changes and contact

Lumine may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at lumineproxy.org/terms is the current version. Continued use of Lumine after an update means you accept the revised terms.
