We may use account, IP, sign-in, device, and payment-linking records to prevent abuse and respond to fraud or chargebacks.
Google, Microsoft, Stripe, YouTube, Discord, and other third-party platforms you choose to use are governed by their own terms and policies.
Lumine is a Minecraft Bedrock utility toolkit and connection service. It is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Google, Stripe, or any server network unless Lumine expressly says otherwise.
Lumine is not intended for children under 13. By using Lumine, you represent that you are old enough to use the service under applicable law and capable of agreeing to these terms.
Service availability can vary by region, platform, provider, network conditions, and maintenance status.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to Lumine, for maintaining control of your account, and for activity that occurs through your account or browser session.
You must keep your password, email inbox, Google account access, Microsoft account access, billing method, and connected devices secure. If you think your account has been compromised, you should change your password, review recent sign-ins, and contact Lumine support right away.
Lumine may enforce browser, account, device, IP, payment-linking, or anti-abuse restrictions, including sign-in limits, registration limits, device matching, risk scoring, and purchase-linking requirements.
Some Lumine features depend on third-party services you choose to use, including Google sign-in, Microsoft account device authorization, Minecraft friends and Realms lookups, Stripe checkout and billing management, YouTube embeds, and links to Discord or social platforms.
When you use those features, you authorize Lumine to send the information needed to complete the request, such as Google ID tokens, Microsoft device-code requests, Microsoft OAuth tokens, Realm lookups, friends lookups, and billing-linking information.
Your use of those third-party services is also governed by the terms, privacy policies, and rules of the relevant provider.
Unless a mandatory law says otherwise, Lumine does not owe refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargeback-based reversals for delivered digital goods, activated premium windows, partially used billing periods, mistaken purchases, or purchases made with the wrong account email.
Lumine may keep and use account records, sign-in history, IP data, device data, security assessments, purchase linking information, and service-use records to prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, respond to customer support issues, and defend against fraud claims, disputes, or chargebacks.
If Lumine reasonably believes that an account, browser, device, payment method, or purchase is abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful to the service or other users, Lumine may refuse service, suspend access, cancel or limit features, block new purchases, or require additional verification.
You may stop using Lumine at any time. Lumine may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, if payment issues are unresolved, or if continued access creates risk to the service or others.
If you request account deletion through Lumine, access may be blocked immediately and final purge may occur after the applicable deletion grace period shown in the portal flow.
Lumine may change, pause, or discontinue features, pricing, regions, products, content, and technical requirements at any time.
Lumine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lumine does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful connections, compatibility with every update, or that third-party services will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of access, data, profits, goodwill, or gameplay opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
Lumine may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at lumineproxy.org/terms is the current version. Continued use of Lumine after an update means you accept the revised terms.
